This year, Gii has partnered with the City of Austin’s CapMetro to create a first-of-its-kind refugee stabilization and integration support program. This partnership allows newly trained refugees to fill high-demand transportation services jobs, increasing their estimated annual earnings by over $50,000 per year, representing over $1,000,000+ in economic impact over a 20-year career.
