Job Description:
The Refugee Support Services Program Manager ensures our clients receive exceptional service while effectively managing a team. This position leads a dedicated team to assist clients in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency, including personal, family, financial, and health-related challenges. This role encompasses employment and social adjustment support services, focusing on fostering client independence and successful integration into the community.
Case Management:
Lead and support a team to ensure clients receive essential services and support.
Advocate for clients with service providers and agencies within the community.
Team Management:
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing tools, training, and resources.
Coordinate case assignments and maintain a reduced client caseload as needed.
Program Development:
Develop, monitor, and evaluate program service plans, outputs, and outcomes.
Ensure case managers provide clients with essential soft skills for employment.
Partnership Engagement:
Engage and cultivate relationships with potential employers through outreach and networking.
Collaborate with case managers to schedule job readiness workshops and relevant training.
Administrative Duties:
Meet commitments and effectively manage administrative duties.

Identify and develop resources necessary for program and client success.
Location & Commitments:
Permanent full-time
Hybrid schedule. *subject to change based on business needs, with or without notice.
Day and occasional evening schedule.
Occasional after-hours may be required outside of standard hours
What we’re looking for:
Education Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in job development and business networking is preferred.
Experience with the refugee population and their needs.
Experience in program development and evaluation
Experience leading a team
Skills:
Networking and relationship-building abilities
Advocacy and client support skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
